1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RentPins ("the Platform") at rentpins.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What RentPins is

RentPins is a discovery platform. We allow property owners to list their rental properties on a map so that people searching for accommodation can find and navigate to them directly. We are a technology platform — not a real estate agent, broker, or party to any rental agreement.

3. User accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account. False information may result in account termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans is not permitted.

4. Property listings

• Only list properties you own or have the authority to list.
• All information in your listing must be accurate: location, price, property type, and availability.
• Listings for properties that are unavailable, already rented, or fictitious are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is reported as inaccurate.
• RentPins does not verify property ownership. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• List properties you do not own or have authority to list
• Collect or harvest other users' personal information (including phone numbers) in bulk
• Use the Platform to spam, phish, or defraud other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform
• Charge renters a fee for sharing information obtained through RentPins

6. Contact requests

When a renter requests an owner's contact details, both parties agree that:

• The owner's phone number will be shared only after the owner manually approves the request (unless the listing is set to public visibility)
• Approved contact information is for the purpose of direct communication about the listed property only
• Sharing or reselling contact information obtained through the Platform is strictly prohibited

7. No broker role

RentPins does not act as a broker, agent, or intermediary. We are not party to any rental agreement between owners and renters. Any rental transaction, agreement, or dispute is solely between the property owner and the renter. RentPins bears no responsibility for the outcome of any rental interaction.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the availability of any property, or the identity of any user. Use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentPins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between owners and renters, property damage, or financial loss.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
